Each conference run by the SIA provides a range of opportunities for partnership by organisations keen to have their message heard by the most submarine-focussed audience in the country. With packages ranging from $1,000 up to $40,000 and coverage to match, there's sure to be something that will meet your needs. But be quick, these opportunities usually sell out soon after they become available!

The Gold Partner is the premier level and is accorded the greatest recognition and exposure with 7 complimentary tickets to the entire conference. Your logo is associated with the Conference Logo wherever possible and you get an opportunity to address the Conference.
As Silver Partner, you are one of only two companies that will gain significant exposure and recognition throughout the Conference. Your contribution will be particularly recognised in the Conference Handbook and you receive 4 complimentary Full Package tickets.
As Bronze Partner, you will receive very high levels of exposure and recognition as well as 3 complimentary Full Package Tickets.
Partnership of the Annual Dinner is highly sought-after with great opportunities for networking in an environment replete with decision-makers with 2 Full Package tickets and 4 extra tickets to all social events.
The Opening Reception acts as an 'ice-breaker' the evening before the Conference-proper kicks off. As partner of the Opening Reception, all eyes are on you.
This is your opportunity to be a part of the WHOVA App this year that will be used by all delegates. Your logo will be incorporated in every Q&A session.
The SIA is always commended for its choice of satchels but some delegates feel reluctant to re-use a satchel with a competitor's logo. In 2019, your logo will be incorporated discreetly into the satchel so that it's visible when accessed.
As partner of the Dinner Wine, your name will never be far from the delegates' lips.
As Lanyards Partner all delegates will wear your lanyards guaranteeing a high level of exposure (especially in the photographs of the event!).
Coffee and networking are part and parcel of any good conference and, as Coffee Van partner, the cups used by professional baristas at the coffee van will bear your company logo.
This is the opportunity to be the partner for all of the session breaks and lunch on the Wednesday but, once any of those other break partnerships on the day get snapped up, it's gone. You also get the opportunity to provide a 5 minute company overview before one of the breaks.

As Tuesday Luncheon Partner, you will get the opportunity to introduce your company for up to 5 minutes immediately before Lunch on the Plenary Day.
Your company logo will be on the back of the name tag worn by all delegates.
|Wednesday Luncheon Break
As Wednesday Luncheon Partner, you will get the opportunity to introduce your company for up to 5 minutes immediately before Lunch.
The Pre-Dinner Drinks partner is recognised as a key part of the Annual Dinner and your logo is incorporated into the dinner menu.
|Tuesday Session Breaks
As a partner of a morning or afternoon session break on the Plenary Day (Tuesday), you are assured of great exposure especially since you get the opportunity to give a 3 minute company overview immediately before the session break for which you are the sponsor.
|Wednesday Session Breaks
As a partner of a morning or afternoon session break on the Wednesday or Thursday, you get great value for your partnership dollar especially since you get the opportunity to give a 3 minute company overview immediately before the session break for which you are the sponsor.

Delegates to the SIA Conferences will each receive a high quality Conference Handbook containing the program and essential conference information. Abstracts and speakers' biographies will be incorporated into the WHOVA App system. We expect the handbooks to be used as a year-round resource to reference contacts made at the Conference. In an environment replete with decision-makers, placement of an advertisement in the Handbook provides an outstanding opportunity to lift a company's profile.
