SIA Congratulates New Navy Appointments Annouced for Head of Navy Engineering and Director of Submarines
The SIA extends its warmest congratulations on the recent Navy appointments announced by the Chief of the Defence Force, including Commodore Henri Nord-Thomson, CSC, RAN, on his promotion to Rear Admiral and appointment as Head Navy Engineering, and Commodore Brad Francis, RAN, on his selection as Director General Submarines.
These appointments reflect the depth of engineering and submarine expertise, and the strategic acumen these officers bring to the Royal Australian Navy. The SIA looks forward to their continued contribution to Australia's naval and submarine capability in these pivotal roles.
