We have created a simple form which assists us in keeping all uploads accessible from one file.
Presentations should be prepared in MS PowerPoint and set up in 16:9 format (widescreen). To adopt this format, select File>Page Setup... and select 'Slides sized for: On-screen shown (16:9). Use of the 4:3 format will have an effect on the presentation and will result in graphics and text becoming distorted.
Conference Registration - General Entitlements
Invited Plenary Speakers are guests of the SIA and are entitled to free registration for the entire conference and free attendance at the Reception and Dinner.
Presenters of accepted papers on Wed 15th and Thurs 16th Nov 2017 are entitled to free registration for the day of their presentation.
To assist with conference management and catering, we require that all Guest speakers and Presenters of papers (whether invited or not) register for the conference. Once Technical Papers have been accepted , you will be advised of a promotional code which, when entered, will allow you to register for the 3 Day Conference only ticket at a discounted rate that incorporates your existing discount status. Presenters wishing to register for additional (chargeable) events (eg Reception, Dinner, extra days) should do so on the same ticket.

All promotional material should be delivered not later than Wednesday 1 November 2017. Please allow for 250 delegates. The SIA is not responsible for the printing of promotional material.
Stand-up Banners should be dispatched to the Adelaide Convention Centre using a delivery docket which can be downloaded by clicking here.
Also note that companies are responsible for arranging removal of the banners after completion of the conference.
