13th Annual General Meeting - Crowne Plaza, Adelaide - 10 November 2011
The 13th AGM will be held on Thursday 10 November 2011 in 'Hindmarsh 1' in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide from 0700-0830. A copy of the Agenda for this meeting can be accessed by clicking here (PDF 436 KB) and entry is restricted to members of the SIA whose memberships are current to at least 29 June 2012.
In addition to any other business that can be transacted at an AGM, the purpose of the meeting is to:
-
confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting and of any general meeting held since that meeting;
-
receive from the committee reports on the activities of the institute during the last preceding financial year;
-
elect members of the committee, including office-bearers; and
-
receive and consider the statement of accounts and the reports that are required to be submitted to members pursuant to subsection 73(1) of the Act.
Members who wish to have their views expressed but who are unable to attend in person may appoint a proxy using the form available on this page. Similarly, apologies should be recorded on the form linked below. |
