This page has been set up as a resource for Speakers and Sponsors at SubSTEC4 Adelaide 13-16 Nov 2017.  As details for the Conference are finalised, we will provide detailed information to assist you in preparing for presentation of your paper.  The page will be updated as plans are refined but here you will be able to:

Presentation-related Files

We have created a simple form which assists us in keeping all uploads accessible from one file.

Presentations should be prepared in MS PowerPoint and set up in 16:9 format (widescreen). To adopt this format, select File>Page Setup... and select 'Slides sized for: On-screen shown (16:9). Use of the 4:3 format will have an effect on the presentation and will result in graphics and text becoming distorted.

Conference Registration - General Entitlements

Invited Plenary Speakers are guests of the SIA and are entitled to free registration for the entire conference and free attendance at the Reception and Dinner.
Presenters of accepted papers on Wed 15th and Thurs 16th Nov 2017 are entitled to free registration for the day of their presentation.  

To assist with conference management and catering, we request that all Guest speakers and Presenters of papers register formally as a Speaker/Presenter. Once accepted , you will be advised of a promotional code which, when entered, will display a charge of $0.  Presenters wishing to register for additional (chargeable) events (eg Reception, Dinner, extra days) can then select registration and payment options
Speakers/Presenters who are also financial members of the SIA should enter their SIA number (in the format SIA-XXXXXX) in the field 'Promotional Code' so as to gain the benefit of discounted SIA member rates.  Note that, to access the full SIA discount, you need to have joined the SIA before 21May 2017 and your membership subscriptions need to be paid until at least 30 June 2018.

All material should be delivered not later than Wednesday 1 November 2017.  Please allow for 250 delegates. The SIA is not responsible for the printing of promotional material.
Stand-up Banners should be dispatched to the Adelaide Convention Centre using a delivery docket which can be downloaded by clicking here
Also note that companies are responsible for arranging removal of the banners after completion of the conference).
